				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;re honored to announce that Sunda was selected as one of Michelin Guide&#8217;s recommended Chicago restaurants.</p>
<p>From the press release</p>
<blockquote><p>A large, bustling pan-Asian funhouse, Sunda is a trendy place to be seen as much as it is a place to dine. The sprawling, chic dining room boasts high ceilings, an earthy color palette, polished bamboo, and carved stonework housing plenty of beautiful people.</p>
<p>The menu is presented family-style and roams the Asian continent, stopping to pick up salads, appetizers (dumplings, tempura, and rolls), sushi, rice, noodles, and an assortment of larger entrées. Charsiu barbecue pork is a must, presented as a lean boneless pork chop with a red tinged glaze made from honey, miso, and palm sugar, accompanied by tender pieces of bok choy. Rock shrimp tempura isn&#8217;t bad either with the crispy critters bathed in a sweet, honey aioli with glazed walnuts.</p></blockquote>
