Hosted by winemaker Janet Trefethen, this four-course omakase meal by Chef de Cuisine Jess DeGuzman combines Sunda’s new Asian cuisine with a selection of Trefethen Family Vineyards wines. Cabernet with A Twist with WineChannelTV, Bill Terlato, & Chef de Cuisine Jesse DeGuzman
The second annual Cabernet Day will be held Thursday, September 1, 2011. The event is meant to celebrate Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Blend and Cabernet Franc from various locations all over the world. With that in mind, Sunda, Chef de Cuisine Jesse DeGuzman, Bill Terlato, and WineChannelTV host and certified Sommelier Jessica Altieri will lead a Cabernet Day with a twist theme with three featured wines from Terlato Wines International, Chimney Rock, and Two Hands Sexy Beast!
